In your role as working student, you will:

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: QA, product, customer success, developers) to support the launch of our GenAI feature.
  • Use your real estate knowledge to test, validate and train the AI tool on a continuing basis.
  • Document and report your findings to all appropriate parties.
  • Support the customer success team in processing customer data (esp. rent rolls) - this includes preparing, reformatting and cleaning data using excel and proprietary software according to specific workflow process and rules to follow.
  • Provide feedback/recommendations that will help automate and increase efficiency and user friendliness of the Data Ingestion tool.

Qualifications

Required

  • Advanced studies or completed vocational training in Real Estate
  • Proficient in German and English (minimum B2)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Affinity to numbers and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational team

Preferred

  • 1 years work/intern experience (with emphasis on real estate)
  • First experience in using large language models (LLM)
