AeroGlow International

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

AeroGlow International signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2021 and achieved both Bronze and Silver ERS awards in the same year. We achieved our Gold ERS in 2022. The company was founded to improve the safety of existing members of the Armed Forces.  Signing the covenant has enabled us to cement and extend our commitment to current and past personnel, cadets, volunteers & their families.  This is now reflected in our hiring processes and our employment terms; flexibility is available surrounding deployments and additional leave for cadet volunteers and reservists.  We first provided sponsorship and support to the Armed Forces Day when it was in our home town in 2019 and we have continued to do so since.  This year we’re extending our commitment to the covenant through both our supplies and our customers.

About us

AeroGlow Ltd designed the original Hatch Lighting and Orientation System (HaLO) in 2005 in response to UK and US UOR requirements, with around 4,000 of these original systems entering service. AeroGlow International (AGI) was formed in 2014 to market and sell the HaLO system overseas and in 2016, purchased the HaLO patents from AeroGlow Ltd and has since owned the IP worldwide.

AGI is a UK based company with business interests worldwide but particularly in the UK and US defence markets. In 2018 AeroGlow LLC was registered in Virginia to give AeroGlow a permanent US Base. AG LLC is a 100% owned subsidiary of AGI.

AGI continues to advance its HaLO product to counter the threat of IED attacks and accidents in order to mitigate safety risks and save soldiers’ lives.
