Argyll Holidays Cove UK will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by promoting the fact that we are an Armed Forces friendly organisation.
We recognise the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and importantly the military families bring to our business and local area.
We aim to help support the employment of veterans and work with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) in order to establish a employment pathway for Service Leavers.
Supporting the employment of Service spouses, partners and family by being flexible in granting leave before, during and after a partner's deployment.
We support out team members who choose to be members of the Reserve Forces by accommodating their training and deployment where possible.
About us
Cove UK is part of the Cove Communities group, founded in Arizona USA. Established in the UK only in 2019, the company now has a growing portfolio of 15 holiday and residential parks across England and Scotland.
There is an ongoing and ambitious programme of investment in infrastructure, quality and people. Currently, there are around 1000 team members that make up Cove UK family. There are plans to expand further this year and a focus on opportunity for our team to develop and forge careers within Cove.
Since laying foundations of our learning, values-based culture in 2020. Our team has embraced learning new skills and developing their careers, now that they have the opportunity.
