Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Barclays is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community.  That's why we have made a pledge to ensure those who serve or have served, and their families, are treated fairly and their everyday lives are not disadvantaged.

As part of the Barclays Armed Forces Covenant pledge, our Barclays Military and Veterans Outreach (MVO) Team both here in the UK and in the US, run various programmes to support service leavers, veterans and their families with their journey into civilian employment, including partnerships with the Army Recovery Capability and Service charities.  The success of the MVO Team has seen Barclays awarded the MOD's prestigious Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award.
