Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

BH Live is proud to be an Armed Forces friendly employer and will promote this through displaying the logo on our webpages and promote opportunities through the forces Family Job Forum.

We will:

  • support the employment of veterans, recognising military skills and qualifications in our recruitment and selection process
  • support the employment of Service spouses and partners;  providing flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment.
  • support our employees who are members of the Reserve Forces  and support our employees who are volunteer leaders in military cadet organisations.

We have a range of roles and job types along with  flexible employment options, seeking to provide support when employing Armed Forces personnel and their families.

About us

We are the South Coast’s leading operator of leisure and event venues. We deliver great experiences for our communities, making their lives better.  We are a Charitable Social Enterprise that re-invests every penny of profit into improving our customers’ experience through developing our venues, service offer and employees.

We encourage more people to take part in physical activity, we attract bigger entertainment audiences, and we deliver economic and social benefit to our communities.

Our charitable aims are:

1. Encourage more people to take part in physical activity – by providing leisure facilities to encourage active communities and improve health and wellbeing.
2. Attract bigger entertainment audiences – with a diverse range of cultural and artistic events that appeal to a wide variety of tastes.
3. Deliver economic benefit – by hosting major conferences, exhibitions and events that benefit the local, regional and international economy.

We have a wide range of roles and job types to deliver all the above and welcome applications from Armed Forces personnel and family.
