Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

British Airways signed the armed forces covenant in 2015. We currently hold silver status on the Employer Recognition Scheme and are working towards Gold. We are a diverse and inclusive organisation, with a broad range of roles and support the armed forces community through our commitment to and employment of Reservists, Cadet Forces, Military Spouses and Veterans.
