Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Butterfly Data has signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant and have received the Gold Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. We employ a number of reservists and ex-military staff, in particular through the Amazon re:Start scheme and we provide training and support to facilitate this. We offer three month placements to re:Start graduates, with the possibility of permanent contracts dependant on the individual's performance and the company's recruitment needs. We also recruit people with IT experience directly to permanent roles.
