C3IA has a pragmatic reasonableness attitude to flexible working for military spouses/partners, encourages family participation in unit events and briefings prior to and during deployments, provides paid time off to attend unit families’ events and briefings and allows flexibility with time off during the working day to attend events in unit lines.
