Calton Wealth Management was founded by Tom Ham in 2020. Joining with other client led professionals together they set out to develop a business combining Wealth Management and Financial Planning which aligns with his military values as a Reservist. We believe that real financial planning delivered with a focus on client's aspirations can change lives. Our combination of core values aligned with a modern technology led approach continue to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and their families.
