Cambridgeshire County Council

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Cambridgeshire County Council signed the covenant in 2011 and has gained its Gold Employer Recognition award.  We recognise the talents of the whole armed forces community.  We have generous and flexible policies that can help balance military life and working with the authority. Our current covenant project aims to increase our support.

We have an officer in charge of the covenant work and HR leads for both Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.  Our forces family internal forum is in the process of being created as a forum for our armed forces staff to connect and discuss issues as well as ask HR any questions to help support Armed forces related issues.
