Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Our commitment to supporting Veterans, those who are currently serving in the Armed Forces and their families and to the Armed Forces Covenant is through the dedication of our trained staff who work on frontline services such as housing and community. We put those families as a high priority when it comes to supporting housing needs, mental health and wellbeing support and ensuring their voices are heard through our Hub.

About us

Looking after the local area and the people who make it special is at the heart of what we do, delivering more than 70 services to residents, businesses and visitors.

Services include planning, housing, culture and leisure facilities, open spaces, parking, waste collection, street cleaning and regulatory functions such as environmental health, licensing, council tax and business rate collection.

We have a wide range of professions within our team, including surveyors, lawyers, accountants, customer service administrators, enforcement officers and IT engineers, to name a few.
