Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We are proud to be supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant.
At CGM our headquarters are based in a location with strong MOD presence all around us, making us the perfect employer of choice for FFJ members.
Our dedicated internal People Team are available to help, support and encourage potential candidates throughout the recruitment process and throughout their career within CGM. We understand members of the FFJ have a transferable skillset which can be brought into CGM and are keen to maximise and enhance this.
As part of our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, we have a special leave policy covering FFJ members, offering support, related training and mobilisation.
About us
The CGM Group was founded in 1985 and provides a complete service to both domestic and commercial customers. We are an award winning Horticultural, Arboricultural and Landscaping organisation. In the subsequent 37 years the company has grown into the region’s leading external facilities service provider delivering a full suite of services.
We have immense pride in our work, commitment to better client care and relationships throughout every job we carry out, caring more about the communities and environment we live and work in.
Every member of every team sees a project not as a job to get done, but a way of making positive change for those who live in those communities. It is job satisfaction and more.
