Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We have established an Armed Forces Covenant Group (AFCG) within CIS Security, supporting employees who are Reservists, Veterans, Cadet Instructors, and spouses/partners so that they can be in direct contact with any or all of our three champions at any time. We have created new company policies to better accommodate Veterans, Reservist, Cadet Instructors, and families of those working for CIS. These will help in areas of Mentoring, training, supporting them during times of mobilisation, demobilisation, bereavement, supporting welfare, and employment. CIS Security and the Champions are passionate about supporting our Armed Forces community.

Founded in 1969, CIS Security initially operated as a Security Management and Commercial Investigation Specialist. CIS Security felt that there was a gap in the market which would benefit from a professional security company with a strong management support structure and an independent approach with integrity of service. In 1972, the Company entered the guarding industry and has developed into one of the most effective and reliable security companies in England.
