• Promoting the fact that we are an armed forces-friendly organisation; by proudly displaying the Armed Forces logo on our website and emails and actively employing veterans within our company.
• Seeking to support the employment of veterans young and old and working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), in order to establish a tailored employment pathway for Service Leavers; we aim to attend all CTP recruitment fairs and endeavour to employ all suitable candidates. We advertise our business and employment opportunities on the CTP website and aim to directly communicate with Forces Leavers through on-line chats and Insight Days.
• Directly engaging with Reservists through CTP.
• Aiming to actively participate in Armed Forces Day; Clemtech promotes Armed Forces Day and Reserves Day through social media and we aim to attend future local events.
• Seeking to support the employment of veterans by promoting opportunities within the Rail industry to resettlement programmes.
• Seeking opportunities to engage with cadet forces.
