Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Cognizant understands that the families of Service Personnel have to move home constantly, having to put their careers on hold and the impact on children’s education, having their loved ones away for long periods of time and the worry when they are deployed. This often leads to these Service families being disadvantaged when applying for civilian jobs. We endeavour to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment as we recognise the challenges that deployments cause. Cognizant has a wide range of roles that are either Homebased or Hybrid and flexibility is available for office based roles, these are dealt with on a case by case scenario.
