Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Here at Cosy, we recognise the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and importantly, military families bring to our business and to our country. Through the Armed Forces Covenant, we demonstrate this by supporting the employment of Service spouses, partners and families.  

We understand that at times, flexibility is needed and we provide this by: offering an range of working hours, including ‘term time part time’  hours based around those who are responsible for the of care others; recognising that leave for Service spouses, partners and families may need to change before, during or after a family member’s deployment; giving two paid volunteering days to every member of the Cosy Team and encouraging support of Armed Forces Charities.

Cosy promote a natural, engaged and active childhood by supplying sustainable nursery and educational equipment worldwide. As a home of new ideas, we’re continually innovating and developing our product range with teacher led research & play in mind.

The business is truly unique, with an equally unique product range driving sustainability into education through a low carbon supply chain manufacturing natural and upcycled products, driving play into a child’s learning and up-bringing, and value into the market by striving for the best prices and quality for the customers. Every year we then give 10% of our profits to the Cosy Foundation supporting charities to impact many 1000’s of children’s lives every year.
