As part of our covenant pledges, we at Concorde BGW show our commitment on behalf of the partners and family members of serving Armed Force personnel by;

• Promoting across our offices, website and social media outlets that we are an Armed Forces friendly organisation.
• Offering flexibility to partners and spouses of serving Armed Forces members when booking and taking annual leave before, during or after deployment.
• Creating a community that is aware of the challenges faced by Armed Forces families and when the need presents, create an internal network for those individuals to connect, share experiences and feel more supported whilst at work.
