Continental Landscapes are committed to supporting the families of our armed forces personnel by providing training, work experience and job opportunities on our grounds maintenance and street cleansing contracts.
Due to the nature of our work we can offer short-term seasonal employment, which can benefit armed forces families who may miss opportunities due to relocation; we also offer more permanent positions.
We offer apprenticeships and work experience for young people, providing an insight into the variety of career paths there are in the horticultural industry.
We support people into work by helping with interview skills, CV writing and boosting confidence through work experience placements.
We promote the benefits to health and wellbeing of being in nature and looking after the natural environment. We therefore support local volunteer events and environmental projects providing opportunities for all to join in, meet others in their local community, combatting feelings of isolation.

Continental Landscapes was formed in 1989 and is a member of the Krinkels Group, who operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the UK.
Since 1989, we have grown substantially in size and reputation. The company has developed significantly and now has a multi-million pound turnover. Continental Landscapes is involved in every aspect of grounds maintenance, street cleansing and landscaping services. In addition there are a number of divisions within the company offering a comprehensive range of related services.
Continental Landscapes are active members of the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) and The Institute of Parks and Green Space (IPGS).
Our clients include: Local authorities, Government departments and agencies, Industrial and commercial concerns, Housing associations, Sports clubs, Private individuals.
We directly employ in excess of 800 people, including over 100 professional management and supervisory staff. The company’s ground staff consists of many highly trained and experienced individuals incorporating green keepers, arborists and gardeners. We have 23 nationwide offices and run a comprehensive fleet of horticultural equipment and vehicles.
