County Battery Services Ltd

The company has most recently been recruiting apprentices and are especially interested in connecting with either cadets, the family of service or ex-service personnel as the interns have been under 20 so far although age is not the main criteria.  

The company runs a management system similar in basics to the Toyota Production System and developed by Paul Akers in his book 2 Second Lean. The system is a people development system and County Battery Services have a training pathway that would take the candidate from a raw novice new starter to being able to run the company. 

County Battery Services focus on the attitude of the employee and not so much on the aptitude. The first of the core principles of the company is to be happy. Working life is possibly 30% of ones time  if that is not happy time then find another role or way to be happy.
