Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
In 2018 Crest Nicholson formalised its support for members of the Armed Forces and their families by signing the Armed Forces Covenant. The agreement will see Crest Nicholson offer those that are leaving/have left the military, and their families an opportunity to build a career in the housebuilding sector through a dedicated training scheme. Awarded Best Training or Recruitment Initiative at the 2017 Housebuilder Awards, the Crest Nicholson Site Management Academy is open to ex-members of the Armed Forces and their families. The industry-leading programme provides candidates with invaluable hands-on experience and the skills to build their careers. Aside from this training programme, we encourage applications from ex-armed forces personnel and their families for all of the positions we advertise, as we fully appreciate the many transferable skills this diverse workforce can bring.
