Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We were really proud and delighted to have received a Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award in 2022. CYSIAM has strong links to the MOD and UK Forces and we are privileged to employ services leavers, veterans and spouses of, as well as current serving reservists. Our recruitment and employment policies fully support forces families and we understand first-hand the pressures that come with supporting a spouse, whether still serving or veteran.
