As a company we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and strive to support the Armed Forces, ex serving personnel and their families wherever possible. We have a number of ex forces people and spouses working in our permanent team and a lot of our contractors are from a forces background. As a business a lot of our work is centred around defence so we understand the unique pressures that the services can place on families. We offer a flexible and incredibly supportive work environment which has proven to be enormously beneficial to our service spouses and partners, particularly during periods of deployment.
