We are Bronze, Silver and Gold recognised in our work in supporting the Armed Forces Covenant & Forces communities across the UK.
Dorcas Media would support any employee to have up to seven days paid time off to support the armed services, especially if this is active service or training days for reserve service. We would actively encourage to assist the cadet forces and our main role is advocacy - in supporting the Armed Forces Covenant & Armed Forces communities across the UK.
As a family run PR and media agency, we also understand the fast changes of military life and working time can be flexible to help with child drop offs and sickness etc.
We work very closely with other companies who pledge to support the Armed Forces Covenant through online, traditional media, and networking events.
