We at DXC are proud to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by the following; Our newly formed Veterans, Reservists and Cadet Instructor network group is designed purely to offer support, assistance and a smooth transition into life at DXC, and a ‘Forces friendly’ environment for new starters and current employees alike. Supporting Military service leavers, Veterans and their families.
We have created (and are finalising) a recruitment strategy for 2022 and beyond to enable the hiring of service leavers, Veterans and their families. The recent creation a mentorship programme for Military service leavers and their families, Veterans, Reservists and Cadet Instructors who join DXC, and placing them with mentors. We support our serving Reservists with an HR policy which allows the taking of extra leave to cover commitments, uniform to work days, and community support.
