Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
ETC is committed to supporting Reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, Veterans, Family Members of Serving Personnel, Service Leavers and the Wounded, Sick and Injured during their employment. Reservists are entitled to 10 days paid leave per year, and will be supported in any mobilisation and demobilisation activities as required.
We already have a significant forces community within ETC and as we strive for ERS Gold Award status, we aim to establish an in-house network for employees within all defence people categories to develop a services community and source of support.
About us
Education Training Collective (ETC) is a group of vibrant colleges and training providers offering high quality educational opportunities. Incorporating Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and The Skills Academy, ETC delivers a full range of courses, training and apprenticeship opportunities, as well as professional and commercial courses.
Our aim is to create greater opportunities for all of our students and communities by equipping people with the skills to help them into employment, realise aspirations and meet the economic demands of the region. The group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all employees and volunteers to share this commitment.
ETC is an exciting and vibrant place to work with quality of provision as a core aim. Quality staff are key to that aim and if you feel that you are able to offer our students dynamic and innovative practice (whether in a teaching or support role), then we’d like to work with you.
