Our Commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

• Service Spouses & Partners: supporting the employment of Service spouses and partners;  partnering with the Forces Families Jobs Forum; and providing flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment.
• Return to Work Programmes: We will continue to educate and provide assistance to spouses and dependants regarding careers in the construction industry, looking at transferable skills and return to work programmes to increase opportunities for those whose circumstances previously may have prohibited them from a long term career path.
• Forces Network: We will continue to provide assistance and support to our veterans, reservists, spouses and dependants by hosting an Armed Forces Network. This network will support with mental health, deployments, resettlement and coaching for those who require it.

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
