Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Everyone Health are proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant pledge, we are currently awarded Gold status. We are committed to supporting our Armed Forces colleagues. We have an in-house Armed Forces Buddy and Partnerships Manager who offers support any Adult Cadet Volunteers, Reservists and Military Spouses. Our Reservists and CFAVs benefit from five days additional paid leave, in addition to this our CFAVs are also entitled to an additional 10 days unpaid leave. We try to offer flexibility for all cohorts around leave, especially around deployments or spouse deployments. We also offer an Employee Assistance Programme for all Everyone Health colleagues.
