Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We signed the AFC in August 2017 and are Bronze Award holders working towards Silver. However, we have for a long time favoured ex-forces applications for enforcement agents [our core business]. Since 2005 we have employed 49 former servicemen. As with all employment, people come and go but we currently employ 12 former service personnel some of whom have been with us for over ten years.
Those who left have continued in the profession with the qualifications they achieved with us as we are also a recognised educational assessment centre delivering (ELCAS approved) training and CILEx endorsed (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) qualifications at Levels 2 and 3 in relevant disciplines.
About us
Excel Civil Enforcement is part of the High Court Enforcement Group (including the National Eviction Team and The Sheriffs Office (BBC’s The Sheriffs are Coming)). We deliver civil enforcement services to local authorities and Government departments with ad-hoc and ongoing vacancies for enforcement agents to undertake enforcement of warrants and writs of control and warrants of arrest – plus other associated services.
