Within Expleo Engineering UK we have an established Armed Forces Network, connecting together Veterans, Reservists and Forces Families to provide mutual support. This team provide insights to the management team help them understand the entire Armed Forces Community and any specific needs they have.

Our HR policies are set to be as inclusive as possible for all our staff in terms of flexibility of working hours and location, all of which we can tailor to meet long and short-term needs, particularly in regards to Forces Families with their rapidly changing circumstances.
