EY

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

EY is fully committed to the Armed Forces Covenant and currently holds Gold Accreditation. This is underpinned by the EY Military Community comprising 150+ members drawn from across EY. They are a mix of ex-Serving, current Reservist, families of Service Personnel as we all as those who are interested in the military community. This fosters a real culture of belonging within EY and allows us to advocate across the firm to represent their needs. With strong representation at all levels in EY, we welcome applications from Forces Family Members and have specific policies to support them. For example we encourage new joiners to identify their forces connection during our pre-employment screening process. This allows us to offer a new joiner buddy to military dependents, from within the military dependent community. Their buddy will welcome them to EY and help them navigate the range of support we offer through our flexible working and family policies, EAP and well-being policies to ensure they receive appropriate support during any periods of deployment etc.
