Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
FSB have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and commit to support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country. FSB has pledged its support for members of, or those wishing to join the Reserve Forces and acknowledges the training undertaken by Reservists that enables them to develop skills and abilities that are of benefit to both the individual and their employer.
FSB employ staff who are members of the Reserve Forces. FSB recognises the valuable contribution that Reservists make to the UK Armed Forces, their communities, and the civilian workplace.
