Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Fighting Minds is an equal opportunities employer, a signatory of the Disability Confident scheme as well as a member of the Armed Forces Covenant, upholding all relevant commitments of these schemes. Fighting Minds and its parent organisation, Right2Write, contribute to staff pensions, company health care scheme and provide flexible working patterns as well as make reasonable adjustments for its staff.
Fighting Minds provides support, in work, as an Access to Work contractor to veterans and emergency services as well as delivers support through its Special Projects within the prison system to veterans. Alongside this, we work closely with charities to provide assistance and guidance to homeless veterans.
About us
Fighting Minds (FM) was born when former members of HM Forces joined a unique training company who help disabled people overcome their disabilities at work. FM is an organisation designed to help service leavers and veterans who may face a barrier to the workplace as a result of any disability or medical condition.
