Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Forbes of Kingennie currently holds a Bronze Armed Forces Covenant Award and is working towards the Silver Award. We are currently armed forces friendly, in that we recognise the importance of supporting everyone who serves or has served in the armed forces including reservists . We support veterans looking for work by advertising our vacant roles on the CTP jobsite. Along with this, we are also open to employing reservists and understand the specific requirements that this brings. We also support the families of our forces by actively advertising and recruiting the spouses and partners of our serving service men and woman. We are currently working towards our silver award by introducing a specific reserve force training and mobilisation policy as well as promoting ourselves as a forces friendly employer.
