Grantham College are committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognise the value of the transferable skills individuals can bring to Further Education.
The College attend Careers Transition Partnership events and have offered both employment and work placements to individuals as a result. Our offer of devising tailor made work placement programmes has assisted individuals in understand if they want to pursue a career in Further Education.

At Grantham College we aim to ensure that all our students achieve their true potential. We have over 60 years’ experience of providing education and training. In this time we have developed a welcoming and supportive environment where the needs of students are always put first.
Grantham College offers more than 260 courses at all levels, including BTECs, GCSEs, Functional skills and Higher Education. We also offer Employer Training & Apprenticeships for those who want to gain a qualification while you work or, if you want to take your hobby to the next level or to develop a skill, we have a fantastic range of Community Learning courses suitable for anyone aged 19+.
In October 2017 Ofsted rated the college Good in all areas including effectiveness of leadership & management, quality of teaching, learning & assessment, personal development, behaviour & welfare and outcome for learners.
