Hatton Traffic Management Limited is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the value of serving personnel, Reservists, Veterans and military families bring to our organisation.  We strive to support the values of the Armed Forces Covenant in many ways, including:

• promoting the fact that we are a forces-friendly company via website and tendering
• continuing our support of employment of veterans and working with the Career Transition Partnership, in order to establish a tailored employment pathway for service leavers
• continuing our support of employment of service spouses and partners thereby enhancing our existing business family ethos
• endeavouring to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner's deployment as per our Special Leave Policy
• seeking to support our employees who chose to be members of the Reserve forces, including by accommodating their training and deployment where possible
• aiming to actively participate in Armed Forces Day

Hatton Traffic Management is a leading provider of traffic management services across the UK.  Established in 1976, Hatton has developed into a major force within the highways and utilities sectors, working closely with our clients as a key part of their integrated supply chain.  We currently have nine locations in the UK that cover the country from Aberdeen to London with clients spread across multiple sectors from Balfour Beatty to the BBC.
