Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Through our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, we (HSDC) recognise the contribution that military families make to our organisation and the local community. We seek to support the employment of service spouses and partners by advertising through ‘service-friendly’ job boards and will always endeavour to offer flexibility in supporting before, during and after a partner’s deployment. We have updated our policies to reflect this commitment. In order to further support service spouses, we are also able to offer face-to-face Wellbeing First Aid support through our Partnership with Havant and East Hants Mind.
