Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Employees that are Military spouses/partners are able to take an additional 5 days paid leave per annum to use in the event of their partner being deployed, in order to spend the day with them before deployment and on the day they return from active service.  These days can also be used to facilitate childcare where necessary during difficult times, at the discretion of their manager.

Henderson FM are always looking to support the defence community by committing to our community pay back scheme, where all staff have 2 days per year where they can volunteer to support the community.  This can include help with fundraising, supporting events that help forces families.

About us

Henderson operates predominantly within MOD sites, so we understand the unique challenges defence personal and their families face.

We provide facilities management and construction based activities within military sites, whether that be technical areas, accommodation or family services such as children’s nurserys.

We actively look for members of the Armed Forces and their families for a range of roles such as administration, accounts, management and construction trades of all skills.  We feel that having an understanding of the environment helps when working in the defence sector.  Henderson work in the south east of England covering Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, London, Oxfordshire and Essex.
