Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We are a defence funded organisation delivering the Armed Forces Covenant Scheme and Employer Recognition Scheme across the Centre and North of Scotland. We provide two weeks additional paid leave to serving Reservists, and support military spouses and families as part of our workforce. We are advocates for Defence in all areas and have wide expertise in employing and supporting those with connections to the military.
About us
HRFCA (Highlands Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association” is based in Dundee but works across Central and Northern Scotland, including the Islands. We maintain and develop the Cadet and Reserve Estate and Infrastructure, support Army, Air and Sea Cadets, and liaise with employers and the wider community to promote the values of working with Defence. We are an arms length body working closely with the Ministry of Defence and other key military stakeholders.
