About us
HTM is a temporary traffic management company that places its people and customers front-and-centre. We work with local authorities, infrastructure companies and other organisations to deliver temporary traffic management solutions that are innovative, safe and reliable. These projects are typically: full scheme design and planning, High Speed Traffic Management (12A/12B), Mobile Lane Closure Management (12C), Streetworks Traffic Management (12D) and Event Management.
Set up in 1995 by Keith Baldwin, the company has grown significantly and operates from its head office in Birmingham with a number of strategically located depots, including Coleshill and Lincoln. Our values are important to us and inspire and motivate us in all that we do, so we’re looking for people who place the same importance on our values of Safety, Delivery, Innovation, Collaboration, Social Value and Mental Health & Wellbeing as we do.
