Incodia International Limited

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We have a comprehensive Reserve Forces Policy based on the MOD template which supports mobilisation and demobilisation to Reservists. Incodia will continue to treat the contracts of employment of employees mobilised for Reserve Service as operable throughout the period of such service and there will be no loss of continuous service or service related benefits. Under the Reserve Forces Act (Safeguarding of Employment Act 1985) an employee’s service is terminated on mobilisation, providing the employee follows the correct notification procedure under the Act, he or she can return to employment upon which their continuity of service will be restored.

In addition to this, we are also committed to providing paid leave for Reservists up to two weeks per year to enable Reservists who are employed by Incodia to attend their annual camp. We encourage the maintaining of links with the local Army Reserve Centre. During  inductions we also encourage and inform employees of reservists opportunities that are available.
