Infrastar is proud to commit to and honour the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, their spouses and family members contribute to our business and our country. 50% of our employees are ex-military or spouses/family members of current military or ex-military Personnel. We are a huge supporter of Reservists and provide an extra ten days’ paid leave in addition to standard annual leave in order to undertake training or meet Reservists’ commitments. We work with Career Transition Partnership and Forces Families Jobs to advertise our vacancies to prioritise applicants from an Armed Forces background.
