About us
Jacobs were established in 1959 and provide fair and ethical Enforcement and Debt Collection Services for Local and Central Government Clients throughout England and Wales. We collect outstanding warrants for unpaid Council Tax, Business Rates, Road Traffic and Parking contraventions alongside debt collection services for unpaid Sundry Income.
In addition we enforce outstanding Warrants of Control for unpaid Magistrate’s court fines as Approved Enforcement Agency for HMCTS Wales, including the execution of Arrest Warrants, Breach Warrants and Commitment Warrants.
