Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Johnson Controls UK&I are proud to support ex forces back into the civilian workspace, being part of the Armed Forces Covenant, which promises that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.

We have had great success in supporting and transitioning ex forces employees into our engineering family through our programs such as Fast to Field and SAFE program, both schemes focus on transferable technical and interpersonal skills which have been honed in military careers.  

Thanks to our commitment, the Ministry of Defence awarded us the Gold Award in their Employer Recognition Scheme.
