Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
As part of our ambition to be a diverse organisation at Johnson Matthey, supported by a culture of inclusion, we welcome veterans and the value they bring, and truly believe these individuals hold great experience and qualities that can drive business forward.
Since signing the UK Armed Forces Covenant, we have received the Bronze Award, and are now working towards Silver Award. We also partner with companies like the Ministry of Defence’s Career Transition Partnership (CTP) and Defence Relationship Management. These relationships help to advise us on how we can offer support to leavers, ex-service personnel transiting into civilian life and their families through a successful career at JM.
