Our commitment to the Armed Forces
We are very proud of our military DNA in JOLTS. We signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2021 and were awarded the Silver Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Award in June 2023. This is an important step for us to demonstrate our support to the whole military community including Forces families. JOLTS actively recruits; veterans of all ages and provide flexible support to staff with military commitments e.g. reservists, military/veteran spouses and partners, and adult cadet forces volunteers. JOLTS also supports service leavers providing advice in their transition from military to civilian.
