KFM

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Last year, KFM signed-up to the NHS Step into Health Programme, which allows veterans, service persons and their families to volunteer for work experience in our organisation. We also advertise our vacancies on the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) website, to maximise how far our messages are spread, and we regularly attend CTP job fairs to inform attendees of our current vacancies. We also provide a signposting service to those people that are looking for healthcare roles that are not on offer at KFM.

We work closely with King’s College Hospital, to ensure that Remembrance Day and Armed Forces Day are both observed and have contacted local Reserve Units to take part with us also. We are also in talks with these Units, to see how we can work together, to encourage potential ‘applicants’ to join both organisations.

About us

KFM provides healthcare support services. We partner with and support healthcare providers in providing world-class patient care, with profits and savings reinvested in the NHS.

We have fantastic colleagues working across KFM, who are passionate about what they do and the difference we can make to healthcare, when we all work together. We recruit people who share our vision and commitment to high standards, and who can work in line with our Values & Behaviours:

  • Quality is the priority
  • Working together gets it done
  • Accountability is the foundation
  • Positive energy delivers results.

You’ll see these values & behaviours reflected in our role profiles and, if you’re selected for interview, they’re threads that run through all our interview questions so we can understand how you would work in line with these.

We offer competitive reward packages, including Welcome and Annual bonuses and, as we want to support our team to grow and develop, our KFM Academy offers development plans, with the opportunity to apply for CPD funding for courses or qualifications.
