Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant 

We look to work and engage with all groups, ex offenders, homeless, nu-employed and also Armed Forces, personnel, service leavers and their families.  We look to support them through assisting them with improvements on their CV's if required, identifying what skills and experience they have gained whilst serving and how this is transferable into businesses and jobs and ensuring this is highlighted to potential employers when we are working with these candidates.  We also work with a number of training providers, where we have taken service leavers and put them through some additional skills training to have them then out working through us for our end client at the end.  Internally as a business we would welcome favourably any armed forces personnel or their family to apply for a position with ourselves or our clients.  We would support any special leave that may be required at any point, as well as any flexible working requirements too.

The company was setup with the aim of bringing an honest and approachable way of delivering a unique recruitment service to a number of specialist markets of the Engineering, Technical and Logistic Industries.

We work with each client and candidate in a bespoke manner supporting them with their job hunting or candidate requirement in either a contract and permanent capacity.
