Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Kinovo Plc will endeavour to uphold the key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant; no member of the Armed Forces Community should be disadvantaged in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other and special treatment may be appropriate for the injured or bereaved.

We will:

• Promote that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public;
• Support employment of veterans, service spouses and partners, working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) and Forces Families Jobs Forum;
• Grant additional paid leave for annual Reserve Forces training and granting additional leave for volunteer leaders in military cadet organisations for annual training camps and courses;
• Support Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal Day and Remembrance activities; and supporting Armed Forces charities with fundraising and supporting staff who volunteer to assist.

We will publicise commitments through literature, staff notices, and our website, and inviting feedback from the Service community, our staff and our customers on how we are doing.
