Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Levett Consultancy actively employs staff and their families who have served or continue to serve within the armed forces, as we recognise the incredible value service personnel make to our workplace and their communities where they serve. We fully support our Armed forces employees and their families by allowing additional paid leave for training and deployment opportunities, so they can spend more with their families. To ensure this is core to our business we fully recognise this commitment by fully adopting the Ministry of Defence (MoD) ‘Reserve Forces Training and Mobilisation Policy’. We were very privileged to be a Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award recipient in 2018 and continue to be committed to support members of the Armed Forces community in any way we can in the future. To showcase our support for our veterans and wider Armed Forces community, all staff uniforms since 2018 display the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme, and we proudly display the Award on our website and our marketing materials.
