Barnet Council has committed to the Armed Forces Community which includes spouses/partners and families. We recognise that the Armed Forces Community bring a variety of transferable skills and qualities when interviewing for positions. We ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible. We anticipate and provide reasonable adjustments as required. We strive to support the families of the Armed Forces Community by agreeing to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment.
